  • What is HBV?

Everyone these days seem to be up to snuff in a lot of different medical things. Seriously, people know a lot more these days than they did in past times. These times also create a great amount of promise for those that are seeking information and cures for ailments. If you remember up to twenty years ago, you might remember times that were plagued by confusion and not an overall best time to find information. For instance no one knew a simple answer to a simple question like, what is HBV? If you are asking yourself this right now, then you should really consider all the new things that are online for you to read and understand. Babskastrefa

You should consider the question, what is HBV? This is a disease that preventable, like many other diseases out there. The majority of people are ignorant to this in large part to the fact that you get immunized for this early on. That’s right, you get immunized for this when you are a child, and that carries you through adulthood. The internet is huge, and it is no wonder that people are surviving this awful disease, and you know what? You should consider the consequences of not immunizing.

What is HBV? Well, you should really pay attention to things. If you are not immunized or you are planning to not immunize your kids, maybe you should reconsider the fact that this disease is bad. This disease could kill you as the latter stages turn into bad things and even liver cancer. Liver cancer is noted as being one of the hardest things to treat, in large part to the fact that therapy and radiation does not seem to help it in the long run.

You shouldn’t play around with your health and if you are missing out and don’t have information as to what is HBV, and then you are going to be saddened when you contract something like this. Obviously, if you are immunized it is a lot harder to get this, but you should really consider the importance of knowing what you are dealing with in the world around you. There are so many dangerous things out there and if you don’t get yourself immunized, you are going to potentially open yourself up to a world of pain. Do you really want to play with your health like that? Just get immunized and don’t worry about the adverse effects of this potentially tragic occurrence.

Fortunately both hepatitis a and b, can be cured, with various methods. Actually, a new natural cure was recently developed in Australia, and since it is completely herbal, people are using it more and more, to get rid of the hepatitis infection.

Let’s first talk about the hepatitis a vaccine. The Hepatitis A vaccine was first used to protect children form the virus in 1996 in United States. Shortly afterward the use of Hepatitis A vaccine got more common and spread to other parts of the world as well. The vaccine mainly consists of Hepatitis A virus but in inactive form so that the vaccinated patient can remain safe from this disease. If a patient is treated with Hepatitis A and B vaccine, he remains protected against suffering from this type of hepatitis for the coming ten years.

Hepatitis A can be prevented if those who are most susceptible from suffering this disease get vaccinated in time. Doctors recommend that children aging over one year, every person traveling to a country where there is high risk for contracting Hepatitis A, population living in a location where there is a danger of an epidemic outbreak, medical workers treating Hepatitis A patients and patients suffering from chronic liver condition should receive vaccination to prevent Hepatitis A.

Hepatitis A and B can be prevented if people become more careful in their daily lives. As opposed to Hepatitis A, the hepatitis B virus is transmitted from one person to another through body fluids. For prevention it has to be made sure that you avoid unprotected intercourse as this has been a big cause of transmission of HBV virus.

Similarly sharing needles, shaving razors, syringes and any such tools that can have blood infections also causes spread of Hepatitis B. Before blood transfusion takes place it should made certain that the blood sample is free from any infections of Hepatitis B virus. All it takes is a little bit of watchfulness and it can easily save you from getting infected with this deadly virus.

  • Anatomy of Belief, In Fitness

In part 1, I broke down the 3 moving parts of a belief and I promised to share more about how this impacts your experience with fitness, exercise or physical performance.

So, here I am, delivering on that promise. I want to dive into the first moving part I talked about. Where are you right now in your health and fitness? sn2world

Or… if your an athlete, where are you in your performance level?

Are you as fit as you would like to be?

Are you burning the fat that you’re striving to rid yourself of?

Are you gaining strength and muscle mass you’re working out hard for?

Are you upping your game and making leaps in your performance at your sport?

If you answered no to any of these questions (or the ones relevant to you), then you have more than likely reached a plateau. A plateau is often a point of diminishing return like is often experienced in many strength training regimes, which is often resolved with a change in workout, but this is not the type of plateau I’m referring to.

This is a belief plateau. Whereby what needs to change is what you see to be true and how you feel about your experience, possibilities and yourself. If you’re exercising, working out or training towards a certain goal but you’ve stopped getting progress for a long time, then you may have reached your thermostatic point. The point that you feel comfortable at (but not necessarily satisfied with). Chiicmagazine

And if you’ve been struggling to make progress for a while, then the one thing holding you back is a belief or two about your ability, potential or worthiness.

If you know what those beliefs are, as I stated in part 1, it’s valuable to know what gives those beliefs their strength. What are the references that make you feel that the belief that’s holding you back is true? These references come in the form of past experiences, memories and lessons you may have been taught.

The more of these there are, the stronger the belief. Say you have a belief that says, “I just can’t build muscle because I’m really skinny and I always have been.”

One thing that you will have to do is exposing yourself to healthy and fit people; if you are an athlete then it will be necessary for you to train with athletes of your caliber or even better. If you’ve never been fit all your life, then you’d better visit a park or a health club where people are working out.

For the sake of your fitness motivation, I want to emphasize that there is no absolute solution to your success. You will have to sit down with at least two books every month, and living out what’s inside the book. Test that knowledge against what you know about the subject matter, and then practice it! While doing this remember to document everything for your future review, and it also acts as a record, for you to clearly see that you were productive.

If you think that you know everything about training your abdominal muscles, legs, arms or any other aspect of your health and fitness, then you are in for a rude shock. Why you wonder!, the reason is you are no longer coachable once you take up such a spirit.

There are some people out there who cannot be successful with their personal fitness trainers because they constantly challenge their trainers or always suggesting what should be done. At the end of the workout session, the trainer is drained and they lack the necessary fitness inspiration for the next workout session.

Then there those who think that working out or watching their nutrition are a bad thing.

Here is the hard truth: Those of us who refuse to exercise or eat right, are basically saying that they don’t see the point, and unless something really awful happens, such as developing high blood pressure, only then will they start paying attention to exercise and nutrition. It doesn’t take a tragedy for you to change your mind.

To those who are skeptical I urge them to visit their local hospital on a regular basis, for about three months. The amount of exposure you will get will be overbearing-and I can confidently say that, you will be a different person. This is your journey, nobody is forcing you to do anything, but don’t let awful conditions force you to change your ways.

You fitness inspiration will shoot up to the skies the moment you come to God, your father. Talk to him and ask him to teach you something. You will be amazed! No longer will you be expressing words such as. “Well, in our family we’re just fat”. Instead you will be uttering words such as “the lord is my constant, instant and abundant supplier”. So that even if you don’t enjoy working out in a traditional fitness center.
